HELP ME OVERCOME THIS SUGAR THING!
I like long-winded because I like the long answer...more explanatory and it makes so much more sense to me now. Is there a ratio of carb to sugar? Sorry but I don't know if anyone answered that question. The issue for me is that my weight loss have stalled after only the 3rd week and I can't consume the amount of calories suggested for me without feeling sluggish......I try to stay under 40 net gram of carbs and if I do much less I am back to induction. I don't want to live in induction because I am not a big fan of meat and it tends to make me an unhappy camper in the bathroom if you know what I mean.

HELP ME OVERCOME THIS SUGAR THING!
Am I avoiding 100% sugar and just how do I do that. Almost everything has sugar or sugar alcohols in them. Relative to my carb intake what amount of sugar is acceptable. I am in OWL and even the Atkin bars has some sugars.........directions anyone.
