My diet is to keep my cholesterol down I am suppose to stay away from Saturated and trans fat and added cholesterol.

It's primarily to keep the LDL ( lousy cholesterol )down and the HDL ( helpful cholesterol ) up. Exorcise is a big part of the equation for bringing up the HDL
Doc advised me to really become a smi-Vegetarian and to take in foods with omega 3 he did say to eat fish. The added benefit is that I have lost weight as well. Was 230 lbs about 6 months ago.

I’m 48 years of age and the last CT scan that I had showed that and artery on my heart was 50% blocked in some parts. Doc said this is not bad yet but a big change in diet and exorcise was needed to keep it from getting worse.

on the web sight go to your Diet Calandar and pick a day it the upper right corner you will see Edit Preferances and you can slect Fiber as one of the 6 things you can track. ( I found this on accident )
