no alchohol works . drinking water works , going to cut out all refined sugar lets see what happens . no specific diet ,,just eating less

not very happy . with the loss. should have been better. starting my challenge. H2O challenge to day. see how that goes .going to introduce some changes to my diet . currently just eating less .

Fat is a temporary calorie imbalance , but stupid is a permanent
genetic malfunction.
