It has been a week and half and I wish I was doing better. The weekend killed my diet. For me it is so hard to maintain during the weekend because it messes up my schedule. Though I am proud of myself because I went to the gym 5 days last week along with Monday and Tuesday this week. Today is Wednesday… I am ready and excited to go to the gym. Yesterday I ran for a half hour without stopping and I tried a new abs workout. Today is a new day and I have the gym thing down and eating well on the weekday. It is just the weekend thing. It’s frustrating because I go to the gym and eat good five days a week. Then in two days on the weekend I gain everything back and have to start over again. I am going to have to think of something to fix this problem in order to get out of my same five pound cycle. Though this weekend will not be good to do this because it’s my 30th B-Day and my hubby is taking me out to dinner and baking me a cake. Does anyone have advice that helps them on the weekends to maintain healthy eating?

Alright it is now friday and I have made it through the week and made it to the gym everyday. My muscles are soooooo sore. My legs feel like jello after squats and lunges. Though I feel energized and proud of myself. Now the true test...... the weekend. I always do great during the week when I have a schedule and then the weekend comes and my will power is not as strong. Though I have decided to go to the gym again on sat. and hopefully this will keep me motivated throughout the weekend. The biggest thing is that this first week I have been able to lose a pound each day which has made me quite motivated to continue. I also can not wait to button my size 10 pants without having to play tug-o-war with the zipper. Hopefully, next week my zipper will be easier to zip up. Till next week. :)
