Well, I didn't think I would be back on a diet for a long time. You see, I lost about 90 lbs about five years ago and was in the best shape of my life...fast forward through lots of finals, two failed business start-ups (one mine, one I helped start), and a year of unemployment, depression and physical therapy for a bum knee and you find me as I am now...30 lbs over my ideal weight, and I've gone from running short triathlons and a marathon to nearly lethargic. This year is going to be different though. I'm out of physical therapy and cleared to run again, and I'm clawing my way out of depression and hopefully into a new job (or another startup :-).
