Should I be eating more Protein ???
The standard most nutritionists use to calculate the daily amount of protein someone should eat would be to multiply your body weight by .37. That would be the minimum number of grams per day you should have. Here's a link to a site that can be more informational and it conforms to plenty of other sites I've reviewed in regards to how much protein a person should have per day.
