43 year old in central FL - sick and tired of feeling sick and tired with my weight. Have yo-yo'd between 200 and 170 for past several years and am looking to get more serious with my overall health. Am attempting to get back down to 165 which i was in the Marines, and i plan to be around for awhile for my wife and girls!

Finally Breaking the Plateau
Finally beginning to show some progress and get under the 182-183 plateau i have been stuck at. Eating more hard boiled eggs in place of 1 or 2 meals a day and switched to putting protein powder in my morning coffee in place of plain cream.

first thing every morning, probably not the best when looking at overall weight loss, but i think that it keeps me on track...

Up 3 lbs this morning after the holiday. But, started a new work-out regiment this morning at 5:30 am.......
