How to get less calories from fat
I have started putting in my meals in and I have noticed that I believe way too much of my calories come from fat. I have about 1/2 coming from carbs and about about 1/3 or more from fat and the tiny bit else from protein. I am a vegetarian and not sure how to help this. It just seems like too much from fat to help me lose weight and be eating healthy. Any thoughts on how to up protein and down the fat? Thanks!
