Thanks for replying. I went and bought myself a digital scale and I'm going to measure what I eat. I'll see what happens..lol Congrats on your weight!

Think I found out why I eat
Thanks mj1961 for sharing. Sorry that you are having to go thru this, and you made some amazing sacrifices to be where you are now. In a way, you are blessed with a family, and a woman that you love. The only advice I can give is not to lose yourself. You really have your hands full with kids, and taking care of someone in need. You can still manage your food intake and it's ok that you do eat, but eat healthy. I feel you my social media friend, hang in there.

Doing the 40/40/20 ratio
so i'm trying out this new diet plan for losing weight, but I don't know where to begin. I already know and figured out my calories (2600)intake and broke it down to 52 fats, 260 carbs, and 260 protein. I workout 6 times a week, but my eating habits is the shit. Can someone help me with a meal plan that falls within my fats, carbs, and protein range? If this doesn't make sense, well there you go, I warned you that I don't know what I'm doing..lol I'd like to know what would be a good meal plan so I can maintain a steady meal for the week. If anybody is interested in this plan, I put a link that you can view yourself. Thank you in advance.
