I am a single 35 year old mom. I have slowly gained weight over the last 3 years. It crept up and I was in denial. I looked at a picture of myself last sunday May 6 and I was shocked at who I saw. I did not realize that this was who I have become.
One main change that has occured for me is that for most of my life, I walked everywhere, I got at least an hour to two hours of walking in. That was my cardio. Now with my car, I never get any walking in. I used to eat whatever I wanted. Mind you, I dont eat meat, but too much sweets and bread. I dont gorge on food, but I guess just sedentary
