I am almost 32, married with two little girls who are 2 and 3. I work full time outside of the home and then help my husband farm. I also enjoy gardening and riding my horses. But with all of that going on I find it hard to eat right and workout regularly. There are always so many things that need to be done or I'd rather be doing then working out. I know that if I want to stay healthy and be a good role model for my girls that I need to take charge of my health which includes eating better and working out more, so that is my goal!
