I used to be 77Kg (approximately 170lbs) but within a year I became 66kg (147lbs) I'm verry happy with my weight loss but aim to lose eve more for the sake of my own health. the lighter feeling is amazing and I love it. All the pain, ache, and hard work is surely worth it.
