I am primarily wanting to drop a few more pounds but more importantly lower my cholesterol.
I have been on the Keto Diet for 3 weeks and lost 7 pounds. I like the diet very much. It's an easy diet to stay on.
I am 69 years old and work 5 days a week as a courier.
Another goal I have is to incorporate more exercise into my life. I have a free membership to the Y, so there is no excuse for me not to work out. I am on call in the morning and have used that as an excuse to not go to the gym.
