performance: gaining 0.3 lb a week
I started dieting on january 2006 after having my 2nd son. I only gained 24 lbs with him so it was much easier for me to lose weight. I loved the way i felt and looked! i went back to my old eating habbits and as a result i gained 5 of those lbs back...and not only that but i lost a lot of my muscle that i had worked so hard to get..anywyas, here i am again hoping to lose more weight and gain muscle!!! i know i can do it, i've done it before but i need the motviation!!
