I feel very good today, my energy is high, after running i realized I have lost some pounds and I am so proud..154.5..wow..it has not been difficult, I just have to keep the journal of what I eat, that helps a lot. getting used to unsweeten coffee.. that is great! went to dance for a while.. i love the way I look.. and how the clothes fit.

hunger woke me up at 4;26am, I ate half cup of cereal with .5 cup of 1%milk, and a yogurt..came back to sleep, my weight is the same but i have lost some inches..which for me is better.
