Loose Skin after loosing weight
Hello All,
My name is Sandeep. 26yrs old. My height is 5'10".
In April 2012 I was around 89Kgs, And Currently i am at 78 to 79 Kgs. After loosing weight there is loose skin/body around my waist and arms and thighs. I need to get my body tight. Because even if i reduced weight this loose skin/body is still showing me some what more than what i am actually. I hope you Understand?
So i require some tips or diets or anything through which i can reach my goal?? Please Help me out.....

8 weeks Weighloss Challenge Help
Hi All,
I have taken up the challenge 8 weeks Weighloss Challenge
Started today on April 24th.
It has 8 tasks like mini challenges
In it it says we have to record everything we eat,and record how many minutes of exercise is done.
But i am clueless where to record these things. I just joined few days back.
So request to please Help me out....
