Yay! I have lost about 5lbs in just the first week how exciting I hope I can continue with my progress it has not been that bad yet, except the only thing I do wish to do more of, is exercise more often. As of right now I am doing it every other day, but I want to be able to do it every day not too much but spread it out throughout the week. I want to have more energy and be more active.
