I'm Sam.
I'm 18 and from Australia.
Last year, during a very stressful senior year, I was put on anti-depressants. Little did I know that these tablets were known for there side effect of being an appetite stimulant.
Being a normal teenage girl I already had a few things about my body that I didn't like (thighs could be more toned ect.) but now I have put on at least 12 kilos and I realise it's about time I do something about it.
I came across this website and I thought - why not?

Why did I do it?
invite friends over and then casually ask if they want some icecream.... you have a small bowl, they have a really big bowl, then its not wasted - or if u dont care about the money being wasted just put a few bits in separate containers and then chuck the rest.
and the reason why you do this? cz your human, we all do it, be thankful you haven't eaten it yet and that your willpower is that strong

everyone's right
lose the weight if it's what you want, not becz its wat ur boyfriend wants
he sounds like an overbearing jerk and i know "we don't know him like you do" - don't kid yourself, if he really is a gud boyfriend he'd be supporting you and YOUR choices and not making you feel crap.
