woke up feeling flat and down, ate total rubbish yesterday so hardly surprising. Made a decision to start using fatsecret again as the total visability of myfitnesspal makes me feel like a failure and that im not a good example to clients. Going to focus on my own wellness again and try to rectify my energy levels by repeating the healthy habits i once had. Started my day with porridge and berries and have healthy snacks available and have made a chicken salad for lunch so all good choices. Will do my kb workout this morning and then try to sort the telly out so i can do more of my fitness dvds again.
3.5 weeks til caravan break.

Goal today: Eat clean and within calorie allowance. 60mins of exercise.
