My name is Rebecca. I come from a family of overweight diabetics and throughout the years I have been increasing in my fat percentage. At the beginning of this program I am at 30.5%. Of course I am addicted to sweets and fatty snack foods. Soda and fast food use to be a big obstacle for me but I have gotten much better. I still have my cravings though. Now I would say pizza, cheese burgers, and icecream are my worst enemy especially in the summer time. I am stoked about this program where I can actually see what I'm eating and what my exercise/diet habits are so that I can succesfully lose my 20 pesky lbs.
