I'm 24 and a loving Wife and Mother. I'm currently a size 14 and I would like to be a size 6-8. I don't like stick thin, I'd like to be a women with curves. I just want to lower my fat % so i don't look so unhealthy. I'm currently trying out the South Beach diet because it seems as though it would be easy to follow and effective! Wish Me Luck!
