Still on Phase one of Atkins.. Since Feb. I have lost 18 lbs.

Not loosing???
Remember that its not actually a stall in weight loss unlesss you do not loss anything for over 3 weeks or so. Hang in there cause from outta of nowhere you just may loose 5-10 in one week...

Hello,
My name is Shannon. Im 38 and overweight !! I started Atkins @ 200 lbs. on January 31st.2011. As of today I can proudly say that Ive lost 6 pounds. And still going strong. I hope to meet new people and share success stories.. Lets get skinny together !!
