Since I started this online, I think that it isn't so much about looking good and droping weight fast, but it's slow and steady and making good food choices. When you eat good food you feel good inside and out. Remember (and this is a weakness for me), if you eat on thing that's not good for you health wise, don't give in and eat a bunch of junk right that day. I sometimes feel that if I eat something unhealthy that I should cover it up with something healthy (and that adds all the extra calories, carbs, fats, etc.)

I highly recommend recording all of your food that you eat. It really helps you monitor what you're putting into your system and it may help you eat less because you don't want to type it all in :)
