Hello everyone. So I have lost about a 100 pounds in the past, but then stop trying. Not because I got discouraged, didn't like working out, or anything like that. I just sorta stopped. So I am ready to keep going now. I have all the tools I just need to get my butt in gear again.

I have lost 100 pounds in the past, and then just got comfortable where I was. I don't have a good reason why I stopped, I just did. I'm looking for some diet buddies on here to be active with posts, comments etc. I am someone who needs to be constantly active with something for it to work.
