Typical 40 year old, except way overweight and out of shape....

Following a low carb, moderate protein and high fat diet composition. Trying to keep it around 5-10% carbs, 20-30% proteing and 65-75% fat.

Only fats I eat are fats from animals (Beef, Poultry and Fish), diary (butter, cheese ,heavy cream and cottage cheese)and virgin coconut oil. The only vegetable fats i get are from whole vegetables/fruits such as advocado. NO OTHER FATS.

I do not eat processed food. If there are more then 3 ingredients in a product, i don't eat it.

I use Stevia drops or pure powder (no cellulose) for my morning coffee and evening tea. Sometimes also with sourcrea. I use heavy whipping cream in my tea and I use coconut oil in my coffe ("called bullet proof coffee").

My primary source of protein is egg and meats (not much cheese) and my primary source of carbs are from vegetables and heavy cream.

I do not eats nuts or seeds and i prefer not to eat crustatians (shrimp, scallops etc.

I keep it as simple as possible as less choices makes it easier for me to keep at it.

I try to stay between 2-3000 calories per day but will eat more if i feel hungry.

IF Intermitent fasting: I have tried it in the past and find myself making unhealthy choices when do eat, so in the beginning I will not IF.

Execise: I HATE IT!! Sooo boring to just exercise. I will try to walk more, do pushups and squats once a week and play in the community pool with my kids more while the weather is warm.

My goal is to loose 65 lbs. I am 6'4" and should be around 200 lbs (I was once 205 as an adult...)
