Weighing frequency?
I used to get really discouraged watching my weight fluctuate day after day too. So now, I only weigh myself once a month and I'm much happier. I almost always see the pounds move in the right direction and I'm helping increase my will power by not giving in to the temptation of the scale. I have to remind myself that this is a slow process and I have to be patient. In the end though, you have to find out what works best for you...try a few different methods and choose which one you like the best. Most importantly, don't get discouraged and keep at it.
