Induction trouble...help!
The original book doesn't promote so many veggies. I know and agree they are so important for you, but for me, each time I include a veggie for the day, I gain....without fail. I still do it, because Im a huge fan of veggies, but I do try to stay away on most days, for that reason.

How often do you eat meat?
