Sugars (Good or Bad)
I've lost 43lbs eating a nice big sugary bowl of cereal every single night. It is all about balance. Insulin doesn't have to be poison, and sugar isn't a drug. The ONLY negative to sugar is that it isn't very filling, so replacing it with more satiating foods is always a good idea.
