I'm a 58 year old female, retired school teacher / data coach. I'm fairly active. I golf, cycle, hike and swim on a weekly basis. Love to be around people. We winter in Arizona and spend our summers in Colorado. My husband and I are active in our church praise and worship team, and we both play / sing in a band entertaining (?) folks around the area. :) I'm 5'10, and weigh 162. Would like to get down to 140 but don't know if that is possible. At 162, I'm not overweight, but I do carry an unfriendly spare tire around the middle. Call me crazy, but I just want to weigh less than my husband.
