41yo Married with 4 kids... In 2000 my wife and I went on a change of lifestyle (lasting about 2 years for me) I lost over 100 lbs and she lost about 60. Since then, I have gained back all but about 25 lbs and developed Type II Diabetes. I have started back on the lifestyle change again or as we call it the "WAGON". My plans are to loose the weight and start exercising again. My blood sugar levers are elevated and my oral meds are not working so... to keep form goin on insulen I HAVE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT! OK the picture is from back in 2/08 ... Sherry and I are going to a Mardi Gras Ball. She and I have a small home business. We make Mardi Gras costumes for about 6 Krewes in FL and AL.

Good luck with your diet... just take it one day or like me one minute at a time....btw... I't addictied to Diet Mt. Dew and trying to get off it ... its hard so just reduce a little each day or you will get a major headach

Well after being OFF the diet for 10 I gained weight... go figure... Soooooo back in the saddle again. I have not exercies at all during that time eit ...

Yea! Down under 280 now.... Walked again last night that is 2 for 2... Plan on doing weights tonight. I also added crunches after the walk..... I think ...
