I am 31 yrs old, former soldier that decided I didnt have to work out anymore. Found out that life doesnt work that way, and quitting working out on a daily basis, having a kid and quitting smoking can add about 120 lbs that you may not want. I quit smoking July 12, 2008, so I cant use that as a reason to still have so much weight on me, and my son is now 7. Time to toughen up and start putting in some time in the gym and eat right as well. Granted i am not 22 and single anymore so 2 to 3 hours a day in the gym is not realistic. I know it may take a year or more to get to my goal weight but overall its not about the weight. I want to be healthier, I want to feel healthier, and I want to feel sexy again. I also want to teach my son while young how to be healthy, to implement fitness, food and happiness to have a long and happy life.
I have tons of experience in working out and how to eat right, now is the time for me to actually use it again. Since I tend to get bored right now I am currently using Beach Body P90 (the orginial) and will see where my goals and motivation take me.
