Im 114 kg 50 years old and still want to climb a mountain.
I think i need to diet my ideal weight should be around 95kgs.
So any way have been dieting on and off i reckon for about 5 years. i was doing alright about six months a go then gave up smoking. HMMM !!

Any how i have a canoe trip in six weeks and need to get fit after that i am climbing rinjani a volcanoe in Lombok indonesia. Any how good luck check ya later.
