Good morning everyone. Sticking to the meal plan with minor adjustments...I had gotten bored with the same foods. Portions are still the focus, protein and vegetables are a higher priority. I've already lost 6lbs. Consistency is needed, motivation is wanted, results are my rewarding experience.

Good morning everyone. I've taken a sabbatical from 1 June to 1 August, not adhering to the meal plan during the June weekends and all of July. Setting my goals back to toning up my abs and stretching more. That extra 6 lbs told me tells a story...heaviness!!! It matters!!!

Good morning. Yes, I've changed my goal weight. 137 lbs is my ideal now. 7 years ago it was 135 lbs. Not happening and I'm no longer going to stress over trying to get back down to that weight. I'll continue to do what I'm doing with monitoring what and when I eat, stay hydrated and enjoy myself. As for my 3 pack, I still dream about it!!!
