I am having trouble doing this diet thing on my own and want to get everyones input on what is the best diet out there. I need something that is easy to follow and stick to, nothing complicated. Any help at all would be great!

7 day carb cycle solution
Has anyone else read or doing the diet 7 day carb cycle solution by Chris Powell? It is very interesting but I am a little confused and was hoping someone could help me. It talks about low carb and high carb days but it doesnt say the number of carbs you should consume for each day, any one have any suggestions? I was hoping someone else was doing this diet and could let me know how they were doing it.

Thanks Sweetalot. I was waiting till I lost a few to start weight training but maybe I will go ahead and start now. The current way isnt working. lol

Diet help
I havent noticed much difference at all in my clothes. I did take my measurements but havent checked that yet. I usually burn about 500 cal. if I do the eliptical and about 300 on a treadmill. I cant run I just have to power walk.
