Thanks Sweetalot. I was waiting till I lost a few to start weight training but maybe I will go ahead and start now. The current way isnt working. lol

I havent noticed much difference at all in my clothes. I did take my measurements but havent checked that yet. I usually burn about 500 cal. if I do the eliptical and about 300 on a treadmill. I cant run I just have to power walk.

Hi thanks for the post. I am manually writing down everything and looking it up on here. I do not always have access to a computer and I do not have a smart phone. However; I write down everything - even the stuff I dont want to
. I was weighing every day but found that I was just making myself crazy doing that so I have went to weekly.

I am not for sure what my problem is and why I can not lose weight. Since New Years I have gone to the gym 5 days a week doing cardo every day for between 30-45 minutes depending on how long my schedule will allow me and I am only eating 1300 calories a day with limited carbs and I have still not lost any weight. If anything I have gained 2 pounds! I have not been doing weight training because I thought I should get 10 pounds off then incorporate weight training with cardo for the last 30 pounds. I have no clue what I am doing wrong but would appreciate any help anyone would like to give. BTW I am 35 years old at 185 pounds if that helps.
