I am a wife of 22 years, mother of 2 (22 and 21) and grandmother of 1 (14 months old). I struggle with stress (who doesn't these days), depression and the desire to eat sweets especially before my time of the month. I realize that I am the one in my family that everyone looks to and when I am eating and living healthy that's great but when I fall and struggle to get back up I seem to take everyone down with me.
I want to be a good example but there is so much going on around me that sometimes I just don't know what to do!
I want to get back on my feet and hopefully fatsecret.com will be that new beginning for me!
