Mitzi & Richard's Taco Soup

Includes: Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, Petite Diced Tomato, Angus Ground Beef 93/7, Bush's Mild Chili Beans, Libby's Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, onion, Bush's Red Beans, Taco Seasoning Mix, Original Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix. 
"This one pot (slow cooker) dish is almost like a chili, but more liquid/soupy, hence the work soup, but uses a package of taco seasoning instead of chili seasoning. Brown the beef along with the finely chopped onion. Drain. Add Taco Seasoning and Ranch mix packets. Brown a few minutes to release flavor from seasoning. Dump into slow cooker. Without draining, add cans of Chili Beans, Red Beans (or Kidney Beans), Corn, Rot-Tel, and Diced Tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together, and slow cook on low for 8-10 hours (or on medium for 6-8 hours, or on high for 1-2 hours followed by low). Makes 6-8 servings."
