I am currently 29 years old and have been married for 9 years. I have two kids a 10 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. I work at an electronics company as a it systems tech.
I have struggled with weight since I can remember. My freshmen year of high school, I weighed 180 lbs, at 4'6". I graduated at 280, being my current height of 5'10". Over the years my activity level has dropped, I did take up martial arts and going to the gym 2 years ago, but that stopped after I tore my shoulder. I was around 330 lbs then.
I started to diet on mother's day when my family expressed concern over my size. On May 12 I was at my highest weight ever at 405. I have drastically cut my calories and am now keeping track of everything I eat and drink. As well as going to my local Anytime Fitness. As of writing this 3 weeks into my diet I have lost 25 lbs and want to be under 300 by the end of this year.
