Lost 35 lbs early this year (2011) using HCG. Then after reading "The China Study", which is about the biggest nutritional study ever done, I went almost completely (90% or so) vegan primarily to maintain my new weight but also to avoid the potential negative health side affects of animal protein. But I've hit a wall at 202 lbs so I joined FatSecret in an attempt to break through it and lose my remaining 20 lbs. I set a goal of reintroducing running (I used to run years ago and have tried many times to get into a running routine) into my new lifestyle once I lost 35 lbs and now I run 25 miles per week. But even after six months of running and eating weeds I haven't lost a pound! So here I am at FatSecret.
