I have recently counted the number of times I have gained and lost the SAME 45 pounds since I was 25. 8 TIMES! I'm a mother of 2 recently adult children, a wife of 22 years to a terrific guy and a teacher for 25 years. I need to get this weight off and find a hobby other than drinking wine (I was recently called a wino by a "friend" from school who is always drunk.) I make poor food choices when I drink this much. My sweet husband offered to take a Ballroom dancing class with me at the Community school. YAY! I want to take only the weight off that I know I'll be able to keep off. I really can't do this again. Each time I do this I notice my willpower diminishing to take care of myself.
