Pilates
Try pilates for you abs or any other part of your body it works reallyy good. But i must warn you at first they HURT!!! But they realy work i have a dvd thats 10 minute pilates and you can pick if you want to work on you abs or hips and but and sorts like that i klove and after a couple of days you can start to see resuts like you abs getting smaller stronger and firmerVery Happy have you tried any other good workoutsQuestion Question Idea
