No weightloss
Focus on lean protein and lots of fruits and veggie. They are filling, lite on calories and shouldn't leave you hungry. Lots of water! Snack on fruits, nuts(small portions), and 100 calorie pks. Also blue bunny has a fabulous praline Carmel crunch yogurt thats 120 cal for 1/2 cup. Measure everything. Stay encouraged! You can do it!

I cannot say that I'm a candidate for weight loss surgery even though I'm about 100 pounds over weight, but I've found eating low calorie foods and recording them helps tremendously! Eating lots of fruits and veggies is the key to keeping full! Bad food choices leave me hungry. Just record and have a determination even on a bad day, as we all have them. As of today I've lost 21 pounds. I was discouraged the past few weeks and then looked at the foods I was eating and found I needed to push veggies and fruit more. They also provide plenty of fiber. The weeks I ate badly I was .... Well the plumbing wasn't working well! Lol good luck to you! You can do this! Just work through the plateaus and reevaluate food choices as you go.
