Hi, let me introduce myself properly :) , I'm a 22 years old girl who have recently graduated from university.
I have been underweight in my childhood, slightly over weight in my teenage years and obese in university. I've been trying to get the weight off for a while now but it seems that everytime I reach the number 75 I go back again to being obese, which is very weird ! the last time I saw my weight go below 75 was when I was 17.
I was blaming my stressful university, but I have graduated now and I do not have or want any more excuses.
My goal is to reach a healthy weight by the time I reach 23 which means that I have 4 months.
my healthy weight range, according to my bone structure and height is between 65-60 KG. I don't want to be too thin, I want to be thin enough to enjoy life and have a great health.
I don't want to say that my goal is losing 15-20 kilos in 4 months, that would be crazy. My goal is to lose 5 kilos at a time and MAINTAIN THIS LOSS which turns out to be way harder than losing.
i'm optimistic now :) I feel that I can do it if I focused on eating healthy and getting enough exercise on a daily basis.
