performance: gaining 0.5 lb a week
I started a low carb diet in september of 09 and lost 10 pounds. But when I read the book and actually followed the directions the weight seems to be falling off. Starting weight was 252 current weight as of May 10 10 is 227. All my children are grown. It is 2012 I gained it all back and have started again. Only got to 197.... planning to go 10 pounds at ta time and keep it off.
