Since the purchase of my apple watch, I have been able to track my activity and calories burned. This has been a great motivator along with calorie counting on the Fat Secret App. Since the beginning of 2018, my goal was to lose 15lbs to 235 lbs. I have surpassed my goal, and now purssuing the
target weight of 215lbs.

I found a method of eating healthy while eating food the I love.

Time to go shopping soon.
