carbs
carb is te roblem. they are sugar but slow one and more than 100gr/day make you gain weight
food with high carbs:
bread about 50% of the weight
everything with flour about 50% of the weight
rice about 50% of the weight
pasta about 50% of the weight

potato about 25% of the weight
couscous about 20% of the weight
polenta about 20% of the weight

chicken meat about 10% of the weight
pork meat about 5% of the weight
beef 0%
fish 0%
egg 1%

the best fruit for low carb is watermelon
the worst is apple 50%

you can eat 100 gr of beef with 100g potato but dont add pasta or rice or bread, it will make you full and you only get 25gr of carbs, good dinner full all night.

try to have one meal a day or to not bpass over 100gr of crb a day,less than 50gr you will loose good amount of weight every day... Smile-

loosing weight
dear all, like all people who want to loose weight, our problem is that we like to eat and it is difficult to stop eating what we like or eating less.
i think i have find a way , at least works for me, to loose weight in an easy way, while eating and not exercising.

the magic world is carbs or carbohydrates.

we all think that calories and fat are the bad one, but good fat and not added sugar food is the goal.
i have made some test: 100gr of almound/walnuts/haselnuts are very calorifique about 550 cal and are very fatty, but the fat is good for you as it is not bad fat, like palm oil etc. and the calories are not sugar add but slow sugar that dont transform in fat but are use by the body to care the starving feeling.

i am on a 700 cal/less than 50g carbo per day. my day food is : breakfast 1 coffee mix, lunch 1 fitbar, snack 50 gr of almound dinner 50gr of beef steak and 1 egg.i just drink water when i am hungry,to about 2-3 lt per day i dont do any exercice and i am working sitting all day.
i loose about 200gr per day and i dont starve. it is easy and rewardfull that you loose weight everyday without doing it the hard way. also do not buy any premade food, cook by yourself with fresh ingredients so you know what is inside. all the precooked food are high in sugar,salt and fat. it is a mix between keto (who is not carbs diet) and low cal diet. it woks perfect for me, already loose 12 kg in 3 months and plan to loose another 7 in the next 2 months or so. renamire
