19 years old, I want to join the navy, but I have to lose some pounds first, I have to get to 163 pounds in order to join but I want to weigh 150, used to do weight training in high school, but then I moved out and got a job at an italian restaurant with free shift meals and everything went down hill from there.I want to be healthy more than anything and I want to be ready to kick some booty in boot camp.
