i am so busy during the day i am not getting enough water. i will really make an effort to get my water.

I don't think i am eating enough calories, but I am not hungry. I have been losing a lb per week. that is really good for me.
I am a bit fatigued after about 3 hours of eating. I think I need more snacks.
