I am a 29 year old single mother of 3 boys from ages 1 to 9. I have VERY busy life and stay on the go constantly. In the last 6 years I have gained about 90 pounds - WOW!!! I have tried every kind of diet, pill, supplement, ear stapling, body shapers, meal replacement, you name it I've done it but none of the results lasted. On many occasions, I would gain the weight back in half the amount of time it took me to lose it. My 30th birthday is approaching in a few months and I vow lose the 90-100 pounds I've gained since my 20th birthday by then. After 30 I fear I may not be able to recondition my body and lose this weight, unfortunatly I am a victim of the "Its downhill after 30" mentality. So, for me, failure is not an option. I WILL DO THIS - no highway option!!
