I'm a 29 married woman with no children. I've been married for 2 yrs. and want children however I've been diagnosed with PCOS. I want to loose over 100 lbs. I haven't weighed 180 since I was 13. I've always been big and don't remember what it's like to be thin. I'm going to get there this time though.
My Husband and I both put on a lot of weight after we got married and I'm sick of it. So we're trying to eat better and be more active.
The majority of my eating habits are emotional as it is with the majority of people. However I feel like I'm in a place now where I can START to look at food more objectively. There will be room for error, but I'm going to be more aware rather than eat blindly.
