Error Message
Is anybody else getting an error message when trying to enter a pork chop? I've tried several times and it gives me the same error message. I've added other foods to my food chart just fine, but I can't add a pork chop. WHY?

Weight went back up!!!!!
I made the beef vegetable soup, no potatoes were used and only a little corn was put in. It consisted mostly of beef, beef broth, lots of green beans, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, celery, onions, and a few carrots.

Weight went back up!!!!!
Well, I'm THOUROUGHLY DISCOURAGED!!! My weight went back up to 186. I'm not on the Induction Phase because I've been on this diet for one month and the only weight I've lost was the first week when I was eating less than 900 calories.

As far as eating cottage cheese, peas, beets, etc., am I not allowed to splurge even once in awhile?

During the snow storm yesterday, I made some delicious beef vegetable soup and ate some. Then I documented it in my food calendar and saw that it was 17.01 carbs. Beef vegetable soup is about one of the healthiest foods you could eat, but not on this diet! I just can't eat anything that's really healthy anymore because all the healthy foods are full of carbs!!!! I'm also eating too much Atkins processed foods. I'm afraid I'm depriving my 73 year old body of healthy foods which it needs. Sad Mad

1300 calorie diet, daily exercise and no weight loss
As a former Weight Watcher, I am weighing everything and measuring everything but still I'm not losing weight. The only weight I lost was the first week and that was probably "water weight". I haven't lost anything since then and I'm teter-totering between 184 and 186 and I've been on the diet a month. My doctor wants me to lose weight, but at 73 years old, it's practically impossible. I think MOTHER NATURE is trying to tell me this is the weight I should be. I don't want to make myself sick trying to lose weight. Since I was a Weight Watcher for many years, I have always thought I have been eating healthy. Since I've been on Atkins I haven't had any bread, English Muffins, potatoes, popcorn, rice, corn, any starchy vegetables or even milk or ice cream. I don't know what else I can give up. I have a refrigerator full of apples and oranges that are just drying up because they contain carbs and I won't eat them, even though they are probably the healthiest thing you could eat. Since I've been on this diet, I may be eating less and no carbs, BUT I THINK I'M NO LONGER EATING HEALTHY! I'm eating a lot of Atkins meals which are processed meals.

1300 calorie diet, daily exercise and no weight loss
I'm keeping myself under or at 1300 calories and I too am not losing any weight. I should be because I'm eating much less than I've ever eaten in my life. I'm writing down everything I put into my mouth but still I'm stuck. I've been on a diet for 1 month and the only weight I lost was the first week when I practically starved myself by staying under 900 calories. I still say that was only "water weight" that I lost and I haven't lost anything since then. I would think that I should lose at least 1 to 1-1/2 pounds per week, but I'm not and that's frustrating. I'm writing down everything I put into my mouth, and thanks to Fatsecret, it's keeping track of my carbs and calories. So I know I should be losing weight, but again, I'm not. I'm getting really discouraged.
